My "real estate" career began while I was growing up as a kid, watching my mom, Dianna Caldwell, start and grow her business. Seeing how she fought for all her clients' best interests and the loyalty she had to them was something I always admired. As a result, I wanted to follow in her footsteps, bringing that same loyalty and customer service to the community that the Caldwell Group was founded on.
I have many years with experience in project management, customer service, and sales. Combining all of my business experience into a real estate career means that I can effectively manage your transaction from start to finish in the most seamless way possible. Every day I challenge myself to become a better agent and a better person, knowing that adaptation is necessary for being the best version of me to serve you most effectively.

Derek was incredible the entire time of our moving process. We moved from out of state and he made every second of it less stressful. Derek was always available to answer texts or chat. There was only a few weekends we could come down to looks at houses and he made sure that we looked at homes that would fit our family and didn’t waste any of our time with homes out of our price range or wrong size. He took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in our new home. He made appointments with a couple of builders that we were considering and sat in on the appointment to help us with any questions we had. He spent hours with us walking is through homes when we could get down to Kentucky and when we couldn’t come down he sent us homes via internet to look at. He found us a beautiful home but we were not able to physically walk through it for our first look. Derek took the time to walk us through the house via FaceTime. He went above and beyond during that experience. One example was there was a different type of texture on one of the bathroom walls and he made sure to show it to us and was detailed in describe it. He even walked down a steep hill to reach the end of the property line. There ended up being a creek back there and he made sure we could hear the water as it flowed down that creek. It was like we were really there experiencing the first look along with him. We had no problems making an offer at that point, and Derek made sure that everything we needed was included in that offer. The whole contract time was effortless on our part, he made sure all of our needs and wants were met. For the final walk through we were unable to make it down and Derek walked through it for us. I trust him completely and know he inspected it as if it was going to be his home. I can not thank him enough for such an incredible experience and giving us an impressive impression of Kentucky.
