If you’re lucky enough to be referred to Rachel to assist you with purchasing a home then you’ve basically gotten the equivalent of purchasing a winning lottery ticket.My wife and I started our journey looking for a home back in the summer of 2021. I had recently accepted a job in Cincinnati and I and my wife needed to move closer to the city. We had met Rachel once before when we were simply looking to move out of Louisville KY area. We contacted Rachel who remembered us from the showing she provided months before and was excited to take us on as a client.During the following months we could not have asked for a more patient or understanding person to assist us in finding a home. Rachel was always available to answer questions and kept in close contact with us throughout the process. Our commute to look at homes was about 90 minutes during which Rachel would reach out to us to provide us updates as to what was still available to view and what, unfortunately, had been sold before we could see it. She has a detailed knowledge of both Northern KY and the Cincinnati areas and was always providing suggestions of homes that would be within a reasonable commute of my job but falling within the scope of the area and services my wife and I were seeking. Rachel is always aware of what is trending in the market from the available supply of homes to the current market rates. Even when we became discouraged and decided to take a break from looking over the winter Rachel kept in contact with us until we decided to resume our search in the spring of 2022.While my wife and I are older individuals this was our first time purchasing a home. Rachel always had an answer ready for us regardless of the question. She is extremely knowledgeable of the process and was our pillar of information. She was especially helpful during the loan process and many times provided us with information at points where getting information from our lender was the equivalent of having teeth pulled.I can easily say, without exaggeration, that we would not have succeeded in this venture without her.
